Sidwell Friends school in Washington, DC is a private school affiliated with the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). It boasts a full-time security department of eleven.

In addition, on days when the Obama children are in attendance a presidential protection detail from the Secret Service is there as well.

All are heavily armed.

 

So, the next time that David Gregory of Meet the Press tells you that guns in school make no sense, remind yourself that he has chosen to send his children to this school rather than one the practices what he preaches.
