Leona Clinton

It's a position that only Leona Helmsley and, perhaps Marie Antoinette, might fully appreciate.

In an interview on ABC's "This Week," Hillary Clinton, official shrew of the 2008 campaign, finally defined her vision of universal medical care. Asked what she would do with people who choose not to participate, she answered that she would garnish their wages.

Regarding enforcement,

I think there are a number of mechanisms available, including "going after people's wages."
What of those who cannot afford coverage? According to the interview,
With her proposals for subsidies, she said, "it will be affordable for everyone."
Well, let them eat cake.

Even the poorest will afford it and if they choose not to, well, we'll just take the money anyway.

Hillary, a refugee from the pre-revolution French aristocracy or just another American despot-to-be?
